Derek Emerson Russell

Derek Russell, 41, died, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at his residence .Born in Greensboro he was the son of the Late Gary Russell and Sylvia Russell.

He attended James B. Dudley High School where he played football and participated in ROTC. Those left to cherish his memory are, mother, Sylvia Russell two brothers,

Michael Russell and Ellis Boswell both of Greensboro, one sister, Nakita Garris of Greensboro, Godfather, Quintin Bethea of Greensboro, special family friend ,Shelia Collins and
