Pamela Elizabeth Jordan of Albany, New York passed away on Sunday February 12, 2023 at 5:48pm at the age of 69. She passed peacefully after a valiant struggle with COPD. Pamela was born to Birdia Jordan on December 16, 1953.

Pamela attended high school at Albany High in Albany, NY. Pamela joined the Army National Guard in February 1980 and served until July 1988. Pamela was honorably discharged after obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant E6.

In addition to her love of shoes and nice clothes, Pamela’s other interests included fishing and fast cars. However, Pamela’s primary passion was spending time with her family and good friends. She loved the company of those she cared for, especially her circle of childhood friends who were second family to her.

In the last years of her life, Pamela accepted her brother’s offer to relocate to Greensboro with her son. During that time, she was lovingly cared for by her son Callum, brother Donald, and nieces Natasha and Kristal until her final moments.

Pamela is survived by her only son, Callum, her brother Donald, her nieces Natasha and Kristal, her nephew Khaiyon, great nephews and niece, as well as a host of cousins and friends.
