Losing a loved one is never easy. Planning their Celebration of Life makes you even more emotional and can be overwhelming but thanks to Callands Funeral Home, LLC it was a smooth process. I want to specifically thank Mr. Carlos for honoring my grandfather’s wishes from how he wanted his obituary written, who he wanted and did not want there, what he wanted to wear(Aggie&Dudley colors) to his military rites. Anyone of us that knew my grandfather knows that he was frugal with his money which meant he didn’t want an extravagant service not even an expensive casket but Mr. Carlos said “ Brother Stump deserved the best” and that’s what he gave him, a beautiful blue and gold casket with his name engraved on it. During the last year of granddaddy’s life his health declined and his weight dropped drastically but Callands Funeral Home made him look so healthy and youthful again. The process of planning from start to finish was amazing so when that time comes to put your loved one away I highly recommend Callands Funeral Home, LLC!
